Return Policy

All returns must have a return authorization number (RA#).

• Within 15 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any unopen/unused item (does not apply to special orders), for any reason.
• There is a 15% restocking fee plus shipping charges for all returned products which are received in resalable condition.
• It is the customer's responsibility to pay for and ship all returned items in accordance with DOT and IATA regulations.
• We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the re-turned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7-14 business days of our receiving your return. If the return is NOT due to our error, we will deduct the shipping cost and restocking fee from your refund.
